Most premium apartments are handed over with a standard finish. We replace what does not suit you, from flooring and lighting to a reworked kitchen, walk-in wardrobes and wall panelling, and furnish the apartment completely if you want to move in with a suitcase.

How long does an apartment renovation take?

It depends on scope and on the building’s working hours. After the survey we give a programme with dates for each stage, including the lead times of the materials you choose.

Can you furnish the apartment as well?

Yes. We source furniture, lighting, curtains and accessories at supplier price and deliver the apartment ready to live in or to rent.
