What a DI&ME villa renovation covers
Most villa renovations in Dubai stall in the gaps between trades: the contractor waits for the joiner, the joiner waits for the stone, and nobody owns the delivery schedule. We run all of it as one programme, so the order of works, the purchase plan and the site schedule are drawn up together before demolition starts.
A typical scope includes layout changes, new MEP and lighting, flooring and stone, ceilings and mouldings, paint and wall finishes, bespoke joinery, kitchens and bathrooms, and the final furnishing. You can hand us the whole villa or one floor at a time.
Approvals and community rules
Structural and MEP changes in most Dubai communities need a no-objection certificate from the master developer and, depending on the scope, a Dubai Municipality permit. We prepare the drawings, submit them and keep works inside what the permit allows, so the villa stays sellable and insurable.
Why owners choose a single contract
One contract means one budget and one person accountable for dates. Because we buy materials and furniture directly from more than 500 suppliers and add no markup, the budget you approve is the budget the project is built to, with alternatives offered at two or three price points where you want them.
