Working from a design, or with ours
Many of our clients arrive with a design by their own interior designer or architect. We price the drawings line by line, flag what is hard to source or slow to deliver, and propose equivalents only where the client asks for them. If you have no designer yet, our design team prepares the project before fit-out starts.
Specification without overpaying
Luxury fit-out budgets are mostly materials and joinery. We buy them from manufacturers and official distributors at supplier price, with no markup, and handle the logistics: delivery slots, lifting, storage, acceptance on site and claims if something arrives damaged.
We are the official installation partner of Little Greene paints and Orac Decor mouldings in the UAE, so those finishes are applied the way the manufacturer specifies.

Our projects include residences on Palm Jumeirah, at Royal Atlantis, Bvlgari Residences on Jumeirah Bay, W Residences, Cheval Blanc Maison, Dubai Hills, Al Barari, Meydan and Sobha Hartland. Each building has its own management rules, working hours and approval steps, and we plan around them from the first day.
