How 0% markup works
Our fee is agreed upfront for managing the project. Materials and furniture are invoiced at the price the supplier charges, so you can see what each item costs and there is no incentive to steer you toward more expensive options.
For each item we offer two or three options at different price points where the design allows it, so you decide where to spend and where to save.
Logistics, acceptance and claims
We agree the purchase schedule with the site programme so materials arrive when the trades need them, not months early or a week late. On arrival we check every delivery against the order, record damage and handle the claim with the supplier.
For interior designers and architects
Designers use us as their procurement and site partner: you keep the creative lead and the client relationship, we handle sourcing, orders and installation to your specification.
